Our History 

Charles “Charlie” Smith started in the HVAC business by selling equipment and supplies. In 1989, he started doing repairs, services, installs, and change-outs for residential and commercial clients. After more than 29 years of providing Savannah, Georgia and its surrounding areas with accurate and honest service, Charlie decided to partially retire then sold the company to a new technician, Lee West.


Currently, Charlie is still working at Charlie Smith Air Conditioning as a consultant. Lee has worked under Charlie’s wing for more than 2 years in order to become familiar with every client as well as the company’s goals and values. He aims to continue the business and uphold the same values that Charlie started the company with.
